Hi, I’m Sam — your partner in growth

I founded this practice over a decade ago to help founder-led businesses grow without losing themselves in the process. Along the way, I kept seeing the same pattern: a business built on someone's real expertise and reputation, growing well past the point where that person could keep holding it all together alone. I'd sit down with a founder to talk about their ad account, and twenty minutes in we'd both realize the ads weren't the problem. The problem was three layers underneath them.

As the owner and lead strategist, I built Aligned Growth Architecture around that specific pattern, the founder bottleneck, because generic marketing advice was never going to fix a structural problem. My work now focuses on diagnosing that structure and rebuilding it, with the marketing execution to match.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll find me exploring what's changing in how people search for and find businesses online, or spending time with my family of 5.

From passion to purpose

This practice began as a digital marketing consultancy helping small businesses and entrepreneurs navigate paid ads, SEO, and content. Over a decade of client work, a clear pattern emerged: the businesses that struggled most weren't struggling with tactics. They were struggling because growth had outpaced the structure underneath it, and the founder had become the thing holding everything together by force.

That pattern became Aligned Growth Architecture, a practice built specifically to diagnose and rebuild that structure, with the marketing execution still delivered in-house for clients who need it. The done-for-you work that built this practice hasn't gone away. It's now one piece of a larger system built around the founder bottleneck, not the whole offer.
