THE AI ARCHITECTURE AUDIT

Find out where your time is going, and what AI can take off your plate.

You use AI every day and your workload hasn’t changed. The AI Architecture Audit reads your whole business, then tells you which three things to build first and what has to be in place before they’ll work. Built for online educators and founder-led brands. $997, one time, and the full fee applies toward whatever you book next.

Both halves of the problem share a root

You’ve probably added the subscriptions. ChatGPT, maybe Claude, a transcription tool, something meant to handle your inbox. The software bill went up and your wees feel just as jam packed.

If the traffic that used to arrive from search has thinned, you may also have noticed that when you ask AI for businesses like yours, you’re missing from the answer.

These share a root. AI can only work with what it can read. When the decisions your team would need to make live in your head, AI has nothing to act on. When your site doesn’t state clearly what you sell and who it’s for, AI has nothing to recommend. The audit finds where your business is hard to read and tells you what to build first.

A written diagnosis of your business, built from your own answers

The AI Architecture Audit is a $997 diagnostic for founder-led businesses. You and whoever runs your day-to-day each answer a short questionnaire. We spend 90 minutes together. You receive an 11 to 15 page written report with three recommended AI builds, the quick wins you can start this month, and a 90-day sequence with an owner on every line.

What AI can take on now

Where AI can carry real work in your business today, what each build recovers in hours and dollars, and what has to exist before the rest will work.

How AI sees you

How you show up when someone asks ChatGPT, Perplexity, or Google’s AI Overviews for a recommendation, and what decides whether you get named.

A second view of your business

I read your day-to-day lead’s answers alongside yours before we meet, so the diagnosis reflects how the business actually runs.

This is for you if

  • Your business earns between $150K and $500K and still waits on your decisions.

  • You use AI tools most weeks and your workload hasn’t moved.

  • You’ve hired help before, a coach, an OBM, or an agency, and the work stayed on your desk.

  • You sell expertise, a course, a program, or a service, and you suspect AI describes your business wrongly or leaves it out.

  • You want a written plan you can hand to a team member, with an owner on every line.

This is not the right fit if

  • Your business earns under $150K. The free monthly session, Scaling with Both Sides of AI, is built for where you are right now.

  • You’re still working out what you sell.

  • You want someone to build without telling you why.

  • You need implementation this month. The audit is a diagnosis, and any build gets scoped after we review the report together.

  • You can’t set aside about half an hour for the questionnaire and 90 minutes for the interview.

What’s in your report

Executive summary and readiness snapshot

The single biggest finding, what it costs you, and the first move, plus where you stand today and what has to exist before AI will work in your business.

Business opportunity map

Findings across your visibility, your offer, and your operations, each rated by impact, with the foundational gaps and why they come first.

Top 3 ways to use AI in YOUR business

Each build: what it does, what it replaces, the hours and dollars it recovers, how ready your business is for it, and what has to be in place first. Three to five quick wins you own come with them.

A 90-day sequence

Ordered, with an owner on every line, plus a Working Together page on how we could work together if you want help. The report is yours to keep and use whether or not we ever work together.

How it works

  1. You get your audit and book your interview. After checkout you land on a page with your booking link and your pre-call questionnaires. A confirmation email repeats all three.

  2. You and your most important team members each complete a questionnaire. Both are due at least 24 hours before we meet so I arrive already knowing your business and we have time to dig into the deeper stuff. Working solo? Skip the second one and tell me so in yours.

  3. We spend 90 minutes together 1:1 on a recorded call so I can work from your exact words, explanations, and pain points.

  4. You receive the report, then we review it. Your report arrives within 5 business days of our interview. You schedule your 30-minute Findings Review call. We go over the findings and recommendations specific to you and your business and go over any questions so you walk away with an audit you can start working from immediately.

The investment

$997, one time

Included: both questionnaires, the 90-minute interview, the written report, and the 30-minute Findings Review.

If you decide to work with us, the full $997 applies toward any ongoing engagement or build you book within 30 days of the day you get your report. That includes the Aligned Growth Partnership, a custom AI build, or marketing execution.

The fee is non-refundable. The work is delivered before you see the result: your questionnaire, the interview, and a report written specifically for your business that you can start executing from immediately. The section above shows exactly what you receive, so you can judge the fit before you buy.

Divide $997 by what an hour of your time is worth. That number of hours is what each build has to recover for the audit to pay for itself.

Up to you on timing. What’s costing you now keeps costing you while you decide.

In their words

“It felt less like isolated marketing efforts and more like putting the right foundation in place for long-term growth.”

Elise Jaffe, Owner and Founder, Big Teeth Productions.

PS. I’d rather lose the sale than hand you a plan that sounds useful and isn’t. Which is, I realize, a wild thing for a sales page to say.
